Not as it sould be.....

Tags are the hottest thing now but this is only my second one I've made. I tried to follow Donna Salazar's Girly Grunge but again I think my vintage signature look came through! Looks like I'll have to try again....but despite the fact that it's not girly grunge I think it turned out nice anyways.
 My process:
I made my own tag from a manilla file folder. I first layered distress inks for the background color. Then sprayed with some homemade gold shimmer spray. I tore a piece of corrugated paper and sprayed with my one and only Glimmer Mist spray called Carmel Apple over the entire piece, then edged it with Tim Holtz white distress stain.
I glued a piece of brown beaded fiber trim on the left side.
I than took a vintage picture from my stash that was copied onto fabric and distressed the edges with T. H. Vintage Photo.
The butterfly is a Martha Stewart punched twice...the bottom layer is out of heavy velum and the top is from an old parchment paper I had on hand.
The flower in the upper left side is a silk flower I hand died using alcohol inks. The lower right flower was sprayed using the T. A. Carmel Apple spray....I think I'm almost out of that spray....lol!
The "Love" was stamped on an oval piece of cardstock run through a cuttlebug heart embossing folder, than distressed using T.H. Victorian Velvet ink.
Added some bling, pearls and fiber to the top to complete the tag.

Enjoy your day!
